      Natalie M. (Dandurant) Ferguson, 84

HAVERHILL, MA

Natalie M. (Dandurant) Ferguson, 84, of Bradford, died Saturday, October 29, at the holy Family Hospital in Methuen.

Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late, John and Annie A. (O’Driscoll) Dandurant. She attended Haverhill Public Schools and Haverhill High School.                                                                                                                                               
Mrs. Ferguson began her career at the former Western Electric in Haverhill in manufacturing. She then was employed in the Haverhill Shoe Leather Industry, manufacturing belts. She worked at the former Operation Alligator, later known as Clicker City, in Haverhill. Returning to A T & T, she would retire from the North Andover Company in 1992.                                                                                                      

She was a devoted mother to her nine children and her life revolved around her family. An avid sports fan, she enjoyed football and golf.  One of the highlights of her life was her family trip to her mother’s homeland of Ireland.

She leaves her beloved children, Thomas Ferguson, and his wife, Susan, of Rochester, NH, Robert Ferguson, and his wife Anita, of Methuen, Jane Comeau and her husband, James, of Haverhill, William Ferguson, and his wife, Trude, of Atkinson, NH, Michael Ferguson and his wife, Elizabeth, of Grand Junction, CO, Linda Ferguson, of Somersworth, NH, Nancy Wyman, and her husband, David, of Atkinson, NH, Mark Ferguson, and his wife, Laura, of Haverhill, and Melissa Walker, and her husband, Greg, of Haverhill, twenty-three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.       

She also leaves her beloved brother Arnold Dandurant and his wife Frances, her sister Alice Lucier and sister Elsie David.

Friends and family are invited to share in a life celebration on Wednesday, November 2, at 5:00 PM in the Garibaldi-Liguria Club, 86 Washington St. Haverhill. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. (Rte 125) Haverhill.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Haverhill Girls Club, 7 William St. Haverhill, MA 01830.
