Georgette M. (Blanchette) Thomas, 87, of Haverhill, died Thursday, March 24, at the Oxford Nursing Home in Haverhill, after an illness.

Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late, Oscar and Helen (Lacailade) Blanchette. She has resided in Haverhill for many years.

She was predeceased by her brother, “Bud” Blanchette, and sisters, Lorraine Labell-Longo, and Sylvia Webb.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 1, at 3:00 PM in the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. (Rte 125) Haverhill. www.comeaufuneral.com.
