HAVERHILL, MA
Antonetta “Tina” (Kasperowicz) Hood, 94 of Haverhill, formerly of Lawrence, died Sunday May 25 at the Oxford Nursing Home in Haverhill after a lengthy illness.
Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Theophile and Annie (Swiec) Kasparowicz. She was educated in Lawrence public schools and lived here all of her life until moving to Haverhill in 2006. The widow of Walter Hood, who died in 1992, she was also predeceased by her daughter, Norma-Ann (Hood) Bixby, who died in 2000.
She leaves her God-Daughter and caretaker, Geraldine Shanteler, of Haverhill.
At the request of Mrs. Hood, there are no calling hours. Funeral services and burial are private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. Haverhill
